District Governor Kyong Wilson

The Great Barrington Rotary Club was pleased to host Kyong Wilson, District Governor for Rotary District 7890, 2015-2016 on August 5th. Governor Wilson has visited our Club before and praised our efforts to alleviate hunger (People's Pantry) and international relations through Rotary Student Exchange. She spoke movingly of worldwide child starvation, and how small acts can multiply. Feeding children can help them stave off disease, mentoring a person in our community can give someone the confidence to explore a new skill or take a chance that they might not have otherwise tried. 

 

We look forward to seeing Governor Wilson again during her term. We will be practicing our tunes in anticipation!
