October 19th Bulletin

 

Last Week: Tad Ames from Berkshire Natural Resources spoke about a plan to connect existing trails with potential new trails in the Berkshires. The goal is to have a continuous trail system that will bring commerce to all towns in the Berkshires.

Polio Plus: October 24th is Rotary’s World Polio day. Our club continues the fight to end polio forever.

 

Halloween Window Painting: Monument Mountain students will be displaying their art on main street this Thursday. Another great event sponsored by our club.

 

YEX: Irene will be joining us at this week's meeting. Please introduce yourself and welcome her. We have been keeping her busy the last few weeks with trips to NYC, Saratoga and Lake George. We are enjoying our time with her.

 

District Events: The 2016 Annual Rotary Foundation Celebration Dinner will be held November 3, 2016 at Chez Josef; 76 Shoemaker Lane, Agawam, MA from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

 

The Rotary Leadership Institute will be held November 12th, 2016 at The Mass Mutual Training & Conference Center. 350 Memorial Drive., Chicopee, MA
